Averza Impex operates this e-commerce platform specializing in premium imitation and fashion jewellery in India. All items sold are artificial fashion jewellery crafted with stainless steel, brass, alloy, cubic zirconia (CZ), or simulated stones with gold-tone, rhodium, or enamel finishes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, items are not made of solid gold, sterling silver, or mined precious gemstones. Every product page contains a transparent Material Passport outlining base metals, plating type, and dimensions.
All prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST 3%). An order contract is formed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation message (via email or WhatsApp). We reserve the right to decline, adjust, or cancel orders in cases of pricing typographical errors, inventory stock-outs, unserviceable postal pincodes, or suspected fraud.
We offer two primary payment modes:
Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours from our fulfillment center. Standard delivery across India takes 3 to 7 business days depending on destination location. Courier tracking links are shared upon dispatch. Delivery delays caused by courier logistics, natural weather events, or state holidays are beyond our direct control, but our team will actively assist in tracking your consignment.
Customers can cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched by accessing Account → Orders or contacting customer support. Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled in transit. Upon delivery, the customer may initiate a return under our 7-day return policy.

Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, commercial copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Averza Impex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or inability to use this platform. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
